1. Return & Refund Eligibility:
We accept returns and refund requests within 14 days from the date of physical delivery.
We accept returns and credit requests within 7 days from the date of digital delivery.
To be eligible, you must show proof of purchase and the product must be in its original condition and packaging.
2. Non-Eligible items for Return or Refund:
General business asset templates
Custom-made items opened, used, damaged or altered after delivery are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
3. Refund shipping and process:
Clients and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and are recommended to use trackable shipping services.
Once the returned item is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
4. Exchange or Replacement:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us with photo proof of the defects or damages within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for an exchange or replacement at no additional cost.
If you purchase an inactive or broken link to any digital product, please contact us with proof of error message within 7 days of purchase. We will send a new link or file of the same digital product.
5. Customization Discrepancies:
We take great care to ensure all our customizable products are accurately reflected based on requests. However if you find a discrepancy, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
