1. Return & Refund Eligibility:

• We accept returns and refund requests within 14 days from the date of delivery.

• To be eligible, you must show proof of purchase and the product must be in its original condition and packaging.

2. Non-Eligible items for Return or Refund:

• General business asset templates

• Custom-made items opened, used, damaged or altered after delivery are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

3. Refund shipping and process:

• Clients and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and are recommended to use trackable shipping services.

• Once the returned item is received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

4. Exchange or Replacement:

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us with photo proof of the defects or damages within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for an exchange or replacement at no additional cost.

• If you purchase an inactive or broken link to any digital product, please contact us with proof of error message within 7 days of purchase. We will send a new link or file of the same digital product.

5. Customization Discrepancies:

• We take great care to ensure all our customizable products are accurately reflected based on requests. However if you find a discrepancy, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
